Our Story

Verdant was born out of 14+ years of hands-on experience inside complex, fast-moving organizations — from enterprise telecommunications to high-growth consulting. Across every engagement, one pattern kept emerging: companies weren’t failing for lack of ideas. They were failing for lack of operational foundation. We built Verdant to close that gap.

Founder & Managing Partner

Lexi Aguilar

Lexi is a Product Operations and Program Management leader who has built operational infrastructure, governance frameworks, and cross-functional delivery systems inside some of the most complex organizations in tech and telecommunications — including DISH Network, T-Mobile, Perficient, and Sand Cherry Associates.

She holds two master’s degrees in Organizational Leadership and Business Administration, along with a suite of industry certifications spanning project management, Agile delivery, and enterprise tooling. Her work spans Agile transformation, organizational design, and end-to-end program delivery — always with a bias toward implementation over theory and outcomes over output.

She founded Verdant Advisory Partners to bring that builder’s mindset directly to founders and leadership teams who are ready to operate at the next level.
